Shipping policy

We have factory warehouses around the world and typically prioritize shipping from the closest warehouse to you. However, due to tight inventory in each warehouse, we may ship from other locations, including the United States, Fuzhou, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, etc., when the nearest warehouse is out of stock. Please note that our latest designs are not available in the US warehouse.


1.Order Processing Time
Our order processing time is 2-3 business days, extending to 3-5 business days for custom orders. During peak seasons, this time may increase.
Note: During peak seasons (usually November to December), processing times may be extended due to high order volumes or unforeseen impacts on our production chain.
Once an order is completed, tracking information will be updated for you to monitor the package until it arrives.

2.Change of Delivery Address
If you need to change the delivery address, please inform us of the updated address as soon as possible within 24 hours via email at support@gem-vigor.com. We cannot modify shipping details after an order has been dispatched.
We recommend checking your delivery address carefully before completing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. Please read our liability policy for more information.

3.Shipping Methods, Costs, and Estimated Delivery Times
We typically offer free delivery for most locations. If applicable, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Our shipping options include:

  • Free Delivery: Available for all orders.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available for all products at a flat rate of $35 (varies by country/region and requires contacting our customer service for assistance).

Estimated delivery times for standard free delivery are 7-14 business days, and for expedited shipping, 3-7 business days.

Please note, these are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any potential carrier delays. Additionally, due to high order volumes and overall logistics overload, these times may increase during peak seasons.

Specific times by region:

  • USA: Average 5-14 business days
  • Canada: Average 7-14 business days
  • Europe: Average 8-17 business days
  • Australia: Average 8-17 business days

All other countries: Average 7 to 15 business days
Special circumstances (such as shopping peak seasons) may cause delays beyond these times.

4.Shipping Restrictions
Unfortunately, some of our items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, military addresses, or remote areas like Alaska and Hawaii.
For other countries, customs may have special size restrictions. If our dimensions exceed these limits, we will fold the canvas for shipping, meeting customs requirements, which may result in minor creases. Please consider this carefully when ordering large canvases.

5.Protection for Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages During Transit
We offer optional package protection at checkout to enhance your shipping experience. This low-cost option safeguards your package against loss, damage, or theft during transit.
Important Note: Coverage for transit-related issues is only applicable if package protection is selected at checkout.

6.Returns and Refunds

  • 6.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind
  • We accept returns within 60 days of delivery for change-of-mind returns (on eligible products), provided the goods are unopened and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • 6.2 Returns Due to Carrier Issues
  • Please note it is your responsibility to provide us with the correct address, ensure a safe delivery location, and resolve any issues with the local post office if delivery does not go as planned. While we are always here to assist, these matters ultimately depend on you.
  • If a package is returned to us because you were unable to receive it or did not arrange a redelivery with the post office, we will refund all items in your order. However, we will have to deduct the initial shipping cost and restocking fees, if applicable.
  • 6.3 Warranty Claims
  • We offer a 60-day warranty from the date of delivery. Claims should be submitted and verified within this period.
  • Note: Our warranty only covers issues related to manufacturing defects. Any claims related to shipping must be handled separately and are only valid if package protection was purchased.

8.Other Common Shipping Questions

8.1 Why Did I Only Receive Part of My Order?
We dispatch items from multiple locations, so orders containing multiple items might arrive separately and at slightly different times.

8.2 Why Did I Receive Two Separate Tracking Numbers?
We ship from various locations, or a package's weight may reach the limit, necessitating separate packaging. Therefore, your order might be delivered in several parcels, each with its own unique tracking ID.

8.3 Which Carriers Do You Use?
After clearing customs, you can receive your package via local carriers (USPS if you are in the USA). Delivery times vary based on several factors, including seasonality, backlog, and the speed of local carriers.

8.4 Why Hasn't My Tracking Information Updated?
Don’t worry, this is completely normal! Tracking updates can be very slow when your order is in transit and moving between countries/regions (e.g., when the package is in a container in the middle of the ocean).

Once the items reach your country/region, they will quickly be delivered to your doorstep. After clearing customs, you can receive your package via local carriers (USPS if you are in the USA). Delivery times vary based on several factors, including seasonality, backlog, and the speed of local carriers.
